Job Summary

A growing concrete contractor in Fontana, CA is seeking an Estimator Commercial Construction for a direct hire opportunity supporting commercial concrete projects across the Inland Empire. This is a high-impact opportunity for an estimator who is ready to help build and lead a commercial estimating function within a stable, family-owned construction company with nearly 25 years of industry success.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, relationship building, and detailed estimating work for commercial concrete scopes including retail, banking, commercial slabs, and related projects. You will join a tight-knit team with supportive leadership, strong regional project opportunities, and room to grow as the commercial division expands.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate estimates and bids for commercial concrete construction projects.
- Perform digital takeoffs using On Screen Takeoff Pro.
- Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop complete estimates.
- Manage change orders and support pricing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain working relationships with general contractors across the Inland Empire.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience.
