Be the First Impression — and the Best One Answer inbound calls with confidence, clarity, and Cool Cat energy Book appointments, solve problems, and give homeowners peace of mind Turn stress into smiles and confusion into clarity Keep your finger on the pulse of customer mood and market vibes Keep your team accountable to call volume, speed, quality, and follow-through Host weekly check-ins, set the tone, and keep morale high Review performance reports, spot trends, and raise standards Build systems that make the whole team run smoother than a freshly-stained cedar panel 3.
