Job#: 3042252 Job Description: Executive Recruiter Location: Seattle, Washington Role Overview This position supports executive hiring for a global specialty talent acquisition team focused on Vice President and other senior leadership-level searches. This role partners with executive leaders to develop and execute search strategies for positions primarily in North America, with a concentration on technology leadership talent. The ideal candidate is an experienced executive recruiter with a strong headhunting background and a passion for sourcing, research, and proactive candidate identification. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute executive search strategies for senior leadership positions, including Vice President and Director levels. Build target company lists and talent maps to identify high-caliber leadership talent. Conduct research-driven sourcing and candidate outreach campaigns, including personalized, intentional outreach to executive prospects. Partner closely with hiring leaders throughout the executive search process. Design and implement former employee, referral, and networking strategies. Advise hiring teams on talent market trends and competitive hiring practices. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and stakeholder alignment. Utilize recruiting metrics and data to provide insights and improve hiring outcomes. Experience Several years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with a focus on executive, leadership, or retained search recruitment. Experience hiring senior leadership talent, including Director-level and above positions. Experience partnering directly with executive stakeholders and senior business leaders. Experience working within executive search firms or in-house executive recruiting functions is required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously, with an average requisition load of 8–10 searches. Strong strategic search capabilities, including identifying target companies, building talent maps, and developing outreach plans. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Technology industry recruiting experience is preferred. Experience recruiting for large, complex, or high-growth organizations. Strong market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitive research capabilities. Proven success building diverse leadership pipelines. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a high standard for talent quality.
