Our client has spent years building one of the largest technology-enabled facilities businesses in the US. Their platform has now managed more than 40 million work orders across large, distributed property portfolios, combining technology with a nationwide facilities services network.

They already work with some of the largest businesses in the US, including a major national bank. Now they want to build Banking & Financial Services into a significant vertical and are hiring a VP Sales to run it.

This is a new business role. You’ll own the Banking & Financial Institutions market across the US, with a focus on national and super-regional banks with large branch and property portfolios. You’ll build the target account strategy, open senior relationships and lead complex enterprise sales from first conversation through to close.

The proposition sits somewhere between traditional facilities management and technology. Customers use one platform to manage work orders, assets, contractors and facilities operations across thousands of locations, backed by more than 40 million historical work orders and years of real-world building data.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a track record selling into major US banks and financial institutions
• Brings relationships across Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities, Workplace, Property or Operations
• Has sold IFM, facilities services, IWMS, CMMS, building technology or another complex solution into distributed banking portfolios
• Can point to major enterprise wins and explain exactly what they did to land them

You could come from Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Corporate Real Estate, facilities technology, building systems, security, ATM or another business selling into large bank branch networks. We care more about your banking relationships and track record than having followed one particular career path.

There’s already a product, national delivery network, customer base and proof that the model works in banking. What they need now is someone who can take that foundation and build a market around it.

Remote anywhere in the US. Regular customer travel. $500K OTE with significant upside for overperformance.
