Account Manager Entry Level

Black Diamond Results Inc is looking for a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing Chicago team. As a new organization entering the Chicago market in 2026, we're looking for individuals who are excited about the opportunity to grow with a company from the ground up. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is motivated by personal and professional growth. As an Account Manager , you'll work directly with customers through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns, develop strong customer relationships, and help drive results for our clients. No previous sales experience is required. We provide the coaching and development necessary for individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do: Represent our clients through professional, face-to-face customer interactions Build relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Develop a strong understanding of our clients, campaigns, and services Work toward individual and team performance goals Communicate effectively with customers and team members Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development Work closely with the management team to improve customer experience and campaign results Meet with clients and customers in person on a daily basis Develop the skills necessary for future leadership and management opportunities We're looking for someone who is: Motivated and goal-oriented Confident communicating with people in person Coachable and willing to learn Reliable and professional A strong team player who can also work independently Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Driven by personal and professional growth Willing to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills Able to reliably access personal transportation, as this position requires daily travel to meet with clients and customers in person Previous sales experience is welcome but not required.
