Mind and Heart Project Coordinator - Lansdale Catholic High School The Mind and Heart Project is designed to support not only the academic needs of students of the St. Ignatius of Loyola Achievement Program but also their spiritual, social, and emotional well‑being. Lansdale, PA 19446 Responsibilities Support Holistic Student Development: Foster academic, spiritual, social, and emotional growth. Strengthen Student Confidence and Self‑Advocacy: Promote resilience and student ownership of learning. Enhance Access and Equity in Learning: Ensure consistent, coordinated, and mission‑aligned support. Build a Supportive and Inclusive School Culture: Cultivate belonging and value for all students. Promote Spiritual Formation and Purpose: Encourage growth in spiritual identity and personal meaning. Improve Student Well‑Being and Mental Health Resilience: Strengthen coping skills and emotional stability. Increase Coordination Among Support Services: Align academic, emotional, and spiritual supports for seamless student experience, including supervision of the testing center. Qualifications Master’s degree in Education, School Counseling, Special Education, or a related field. Extensive experience working with students with learning differences, including expertise in executive functioning and accommodation strategies. Strong understanding of social‑emotional learning frameworks and Catholic/faith‑based spiritual formation. Demonstrated leadership and program coordination experience, including supervising staff or managing multi‑faceted educational programs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and data analysis skills to ensure program accountability and impact. This position is a full‑time, 10‑month position.
