Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description


About the Role
We are seeking a Med-Surg RN for a permanent position in a mid-sized acute care hospital. Openings on days or nights (rotating weekends) . Strong team environment with a mix of patient acuity and specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med-Surg unit
• Assess, monitor, and report changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with providers and care team
• Educate patients and families
• Document care accurately

About the Facility

• 250+ bed hospital with a broad range of services including cardiac, stroke, oncology, and emergency care.
• Med-Surg unit has private rooms with ratios up to 1:6.

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• 1+ year RN experience (any setting)
• ADN or BSN
• BLS (within 30 days)
