Its a great time to be a part of ZOLL!/ph3Job Summary/h3pResponsible for the achievement of Territory Sales Quota, manage and develop customer base, control expenses while contributing to ZOLLs profitability. Cover assigned territory promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) market, including fire departments, ambulance services, police and municipal agencies./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliAchieve sales hardware and disposable sales quotas assigned/liliResponsible for maintaining short range and long-term plans for developing sales in the assigned territory, these plans should include an annual business plan/liliResponsible for uncovering new business opportunities, developing and keeping up to date an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations./liliResponsible for providing the required in-service education to customers./liliResponsible for ensuring the proper technical scope review has been conducted prior to sale./liliResponsible for maintaining organized account records, including account profiles and maintaining those in the company CRM Salesforce.com./liliResponsible for providing various reports as required by management. These shall include, but are not limited to, weekly expense reports, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and regular up-to-date activity reporting./liliResponsible for maintaining and tracking demo and evaluation inventory and documenting the use there of in Salesforce.com. In addition, equipment must be maintained and presented in good working manner./liliSpend a minimum of 3 days per week working in the field/liliOther projects as assigned/li/ulh3Required/Preferred Education and Experience/h3ulliCollege degree preferred/liliEquivalent work experience will be considered required and/lili3+ years of related sales experience required or/liliZOLL experience preferred/li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/h3ulliKnowledge of ZOLL and competitive products/liliStrategic and customer oriented selling skills/liliProfessional and ethical behavior and character/liliOrganizational/Territory Time Management skills/liliGood interpersonal and communication skills/liliBasic technical and clinical knowledge to speak competently about ZOLL products/liliIntermediate computer skills/li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3ulliAbility to lift 25lbs./li/ulpOn Target Earnings to plan 190K uncapped (includes base salary $60K + monthly guarantee for 6 months and monthly/annual commission/bonus based on performance).
