The Role: We’re looking for a motivated Channel Account Executive based in Georgia to drive growth in the region. You will own new business generation through field sales and partner-driven lead development. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives both in front of clients and building scalable referral pipelines. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from sourcing and demoing to closing deals; while also developing and maintaining productive relationships with BookedBy’s partners to drive consistent lead flow. This is a relationship-first, field-first role focused on growing BookedBy’s market share by educating, demonstrating, and closing deals with business owners who need better scheduling, POS, and payment solutions. Note: This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel (greater than 60%) within Georgia. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with banking partner reps to drive new business referrals and expand market presence. Develop strong relationships with banking partners, prospective and existing clients across the beauty and wellness industry. Act quickly and professionally on partner-sourced leads engaging with referred prospects, scheduling demos, and driving deals to close. Coordinate with leadership to align on partner incentive strategies that increase engagement, strengthen referral volume, and deliver mutual value for both BookedBy and its partners. Educate owners and managers on BookedBy’s platform (booking, POS, and payments) and how it reduces costs, saves time, and drives growth. Deliver compelling live product demonstrations including lunch and learns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients. Develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients and partners to foster ongoing referrals. Proactively manage your sales pipeline, combining partner leads, outbound efforts, and local field visits to ensure consistent activity and results. Attend occasional conferences and trade shows to represent BookedBy. Track leads, activities, and progress in our CRM (Salesforce preferred). Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with both independent and franchised businesses. Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product developments to effectively engage prospects. Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of outside sales experience (SaaS, payments, or salon/spa industry preferred). Based in Georgia with flexibility for frequent statewide travel. Proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational and time management abilities; adept at multitasking. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales data tracking. Skilled at handling objections and guiding prospects to close. What we offer: Base Salary of $100,000 along with uncapped commission plan through monthly residuals with on target earnings over $200,000 and increasing in year 2 and 3 with commissions still being paid for your earlier clients for three years. Residual commission is for three years with year two and three being half of first year to incentivize you to bring on customers that stick around and have you help make that happen. The average LTV of our current customer base is over 7 years. Monthly travel/vehicle stipend. Paid Time Off starting at 15 days and increasing with tenure at our company. Stock options.
