Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Shift: 8AM to 5PM or 7AM to 4PM

What's the Job?

• Support financial reporting, planning, and forecasting activities within the manufacturing plant.

• Prepare management reports, budgets, and financial forecasts to guide business decisions.

• Analyze financial performance and profitability to identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in year-end and compliance reporting processes.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis using JDE/Oracle systems and provide actionable insights.

What's Needed?

• Basic experience in financial analysis or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with financial systems such as JDE or Oracle.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work under general supervision and meet deadlines.
