Manufacturing Assembler

This position is located on the west side of downtown Indianapolis at 413 N Tremont St, Indianapolis, IN 46222, and starts at $11 per hour with a full benefits package (below): The Assembler performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce products according to written and/or verbal instructions. Example Duties and Activities - Works as a team member to assemble products as instructed by Team Leader/ERDS. - Cross-trains at different workstations as production needs require, following prescribed safety and quality requirements while adhering to company policies and procedures. - Uses tools, tooling setups, and fixtures for work productivity. - Meets all quality check requirements. - Completes complex production assembly steps. - Uses advanced power tools to produce products, such as a rivet gun, tooling setups, and fixtures for work productivity. - Performs machine setup and troubleshooting.
