Job Duties

• Assemble lighting fixtures and components according to work instructions
• Use hand tools and power drills to complete assembly tasks
• Test electrical wiring and components for proper operation
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Work Environment

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Able to read basic work instructions
• Able to count accurately and perform basic measurements
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move for the entire shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Able to work overtime starting at 5:00 AM when required
• Able to work occasional Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience using hand tools and power drills
• Experience performing quality inspections
