Work Environment\n

This role is designed to allow for the flexibility of remote work, while still fostering teamwork and collaboration through virtual platforms. You will be part of a group practice that promotes a positive culture where all team members are valued. Our office operates within outpatient settings, providing essential mental health services to a diverse clientele. The workweek is structured Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance in your therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological therapies, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to California state laws and insurance requirements.

• Engage in thoughtful collaboration with fellow clinicians and support staff to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and ongoing training opportunities to promote personal and professional development.

• Maintain ethical standards and uphold client confidentiality, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and BBS regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Active California LMFT license in good standing.
\n
• A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred; however, associate-level applicants may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Experience and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms like SimplePractice and Zoom.

Preferred Experience\n

• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Farsi, is a significant advantage.

• A background in community mental health or group practice settings is desirable but not mandatory.
