Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Malvern, PA that is seeking an Accounting Assistant.Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate records
• Assist with accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and collections follow-up
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data and payments
• Prepare and manage customer billing cycles
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with account reconciliations
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Assist the Controller with month-end close activities and reporting
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
• Work within ERP system to manage transactions and reporting

Skills

• 1-3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Exposure to AP, AR, payroll, and/or billing processes
• Experience with ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
