Staff Accountant

Assist with the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely Prepare bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations Support AP and AR activities, including invoice processing, payments, and collections Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly reporting Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis as needed Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation to external auditors Maintain organized accounting records and supporting schedules Assist with accounting projects and process improvements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Approximately 1 year of accounting experience Internship or public accounting experience is a plus Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close Strong Excel skills and familiarity with an ERP/accounting system Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
