The Opportunity

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Coordinator!

What You'll Do

Coordinate and schedule daily room assignments for Room Attendants and House Attendants.

Manage guest requests and follow up to ensure timely completion and guest satisfaction.

Serve as the primary Housekeeping point of contact during your shift, collaborating closely with Front Office and Engineering teams.

Create and prioritize daily assignments while supporting the department's opening and closing procedures.

Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available on guest floors and in public areas.

Support operational excellence by maintaining Four Seasons service standards and fostering positive team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

College degree preferred.

1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency with computers and hotel software systems.

English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
