Our Core Values: Make Hard Things Look Easy Do The Right Thing We Can Help Friendly & Fun We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Housekeeping Inspector to oversee all resort Units and Common Areas, as well as the housekeeping department’s functions. What You’ll Be Doing: Daily review of the Housekeeping Work Chart to review and balance workload. Common Areas Responsible for the inspection of the cleanliness of all Common Areas daily. Check bathroom supplies and all flooring for cleanliness and safety. Unit Inspection Inspect Units following Housekeeper completion to verify they meet Resort standards. Complete the required checklist on all units. Be prepared for spot cleaning as needed (always bring supplies). Check each unit for cleanliness, kitchen inventory, closets for bedding and necessary supplies, heating/cooling, and refrigerator settings. Review units for damages and report out. Call back housekeepers as needed to correct their work; request piecework chargeback if needed. Communication with Department Managers, Front Desk, and Unit Maintenance is essential for timely check-ins, repairs, and guest services. Clean Units as needed. Stock and Clean Storage Areas, as needed. Work with Housekeeping Management and Office staff for staff direction, daily organization, task streamlining, and a positive work environment for all.
