Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients in identifying and addressing a variety of challenges affecting their mental health and family dynamics. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each individual or family.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual counseling as required.

• Addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices and methodologies to foster recovery and improvement in mental wellness.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
