New York City | $55,000–$65,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission up to 40%

Recruitment People are partnering with a high-growth global technology recruitment business looking to add ambitious entry-level talent to its New York team.

\n

\n

You’ll be recruiting across some of the fastest-growing areas in the market, including Artificial Intelligence, Data, Software Engineering and Enterprise Technology.

\n

\n

No previous recruitment experience is required.

\n

\n

This is a high-performance sales career where your earnings and progression are directly linked to your results. You’ll receive structured training from day one before developing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, building relationships with candidates and clients across the US technology market.

THE ROLE

\n

You’ll be trained to:

\n

\n
• Headhunt and approach high-performing technology professionals
\n
• Build relationships with candidates across the US
\n
• Cold call and develop new client relationships
\n
• Manage candidates throughout interview processes
\n
• Negotiate offers and close placements
\n
• Develop your own specialist technology market
\n
• Work towards individual revenue and performance targets
\n
