OneWater Marine is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the local boat sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving volume and margin targets. You will present boats, manage quotes and trade evaluations, and coordinate financing with the Business Manager. As a leader, you will develop product knowledge, supervise showroom inventory, and participate in boat shows and events to grow the customer base and loyalty.
