Warehouse Operations Manager

This role supports the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) across multiple assembly and installation warehouse sites. The analyst will collaborate with operations, IT, and business teams to manage system integrations, drive process improvements, and support post-implementation activities. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams across various business processes Develop expertise in WMS functionality and integration with host systems Support system configuration, testing, training, rollouts, and audits Present analysis and recommendations to senior and executive leadership Solve complex business scenarios within the WMS space Define and implement standards and process roadmaps Ensure compliance with inventory policies, contracts, and regulations Facilitate workshops and build strong relationships with end users Deliver accurate documentation and communicate results effectively Train site trainers and assist in developing SOPs Benchmark industry best practices and present findings internally Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses Represent user needs and project status to IT teams Operate independently with minimal supervision Required Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Manhattan) Hands-on WMS implementation experience from a business/operational perspective Experience supporting production applications or data warehouses Familiarity with business intelligence or data warehousing development Strong presentation skills across all levels, including executives Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics Advanced understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain systems Prior experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments is a plus Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Equivalent combination of education and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
