Pacific Life is hiring Registered Financial Services Representatives in Charlotte, NC to serve as a trusted resource for policyholders and financial professionals navigating meaningful financial moments. This is a fully inbound role — no cold calling, no sales quotas, no book of business to maintain. Just meaningful work, a structured environment, and a clear path forward.

Registered candidates move to our hybrid schedule immediately - in office one day a week.

At Pacific Life, Registered Financial Services Representatives are a trusted guide for policyholders and contract owners during meaningful financial moments. When customers call, they’re often making decisions about protecting their families, planning for retirement, or navigating a life event. Your work helps ensure they get accurate information, timely support, and a smooth experience when it matters most.

This is a high-volume phone role, handling approximately 40–60 inbound calls per day from policyholders, contract owners, and financial professionals. This role requires FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registrations. Many of our current operations, team lead, and leadership roles are filled by people who started exactly here. What You’ll Do

• Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals

• Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details

• Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism

• Process requests and document interactions in internal systems

• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time

• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)

• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registrations

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfort using multiple computer systems

• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

What Makes You Stand Out

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in financial services or insurance

Compensation by Level:

• Specialist: Charlotte: $30 - $32

• Sr. Specialist: Charlotte: $33 - $35

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
