Bring fresh ideas and help shape the team's future success.Key Responsibilities• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close, preparing journal entries and accurate financial reporting.• Own complex balance sheet reconciliations, including cash, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and intercompany activity.• Analyze product profitability, gross margins, cost of goods sold and operating expenses; explain trends and recommend actions.• Evaluate cost variances and operational changes to identify risks and opportunities for improved performance.• Prepare budget-to-actual analysis and clear commentary for finance partners and leadership.• Collaborate with operations, supply chain and sales teams to strengthen reporting and cost management.• Prepare audit schedules and documentation, and support sound internal controls and GAAP compliance.• Improve accounting processes, reporting and automation; contribute to ERP enhancements and special projects.For immediate and confidential consideration please call Jeff Sokolowski directly at View phone number on click.appcast.io or apply directly today.
