Product Director, Bladder Cancer Customer Journey & Omnichannel Marketing, Erda-iDRS

Position: Product Director, Bladder Cancer Customer Journey & Omnichannel Marketing (Erda-iDRS) — Horsham, PA
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of comprehensive omnichannel marketing plans (strategy, engagement.ai, portfolio synergies) to drive business goals and key brand message pull-through across non-customer-facing channels.
- Own the end-to-end HCP customer journey; identify adoption barriers and design interventions to accelerate patient identification, treatment initiation, and account activation.
- Lead omnichannel and non-personal promotion strategy across field, digital, email, media, and customer experience channels to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption.
- Optimize engagement performance using data, insights, and Engagement.ai; refine channel mix, content sequencing, and targeting.
- Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Precision Medicine, other internal partners, and the INLEXZO brand team to develop and execute omnichannel tactics.
- Manage professional agency of record and specialty agencies to implement optimized tactics.
- Lead analytics and market research to generate insights for refinement of the customer journey ecosystem.
- Partner with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC to support approval of marketing materials.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA/advanced degree helpful.
- 7+ years relevant business experience (pharma/healthcare).
- 5+ years in Sales/Marketing/Managed Care Account Management/Pricing or related fields and/or leadership development program.
- Proven marketing, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
Preferred:
- People leadership experience.
- Oncology or urology experience.
- Product launch experience.
- Commitment to learning emerging technologies (e.g., AI).

- Advertising, brand identity/positioning/reputation management, budget/content management, customer intelligence, data analysis, design mindset, execution focus, financial analysis, interpersonal influence, marketing campaign management, organizing, performance measurement, PR, sales promotions, social media management, tactical planning, technical credibility.
