The hotel offers 300 deluxe guest rooms and suites with over 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting space to support events ranging from intimate gatherings to large banquets, with attentive support for technical and catering needs.

On-site venues include the Riverside Grill for casual all-day dining, the Sandbar Patio & Grill for riverfront food, drinks, and nightly live local music, and Bar 365 for year-round sports viewing and evening service. The Sapphire Room, a state-of-the-art performance space, hosts concerts with high-quality sound and lighting, contributing to the hotel’s vibrant entertainment environment.

Role Description The Revenue Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boise, ID, responsible for optimizing revenue performance across rooms, events, and food and beverage outlets. This role includes monitoring daily occupancy, rate, and booking trends, analyzing historical and forecast data, and adjusting pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

The Revenue Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop packages, promotions, and channel strategies that align with market demand and hotel positioning. Day-to-day activities involve preparing revenue and forecasting reports, managing distribution channels and OTA relationships, ensuring accurate revenue recognition practices, and recommending data-driven actions to leadership. The role also supports budgeting and long-term planning, while maintaining compliance with hotel policies and financial standards.
