As a Finance Manager in their Accounting Operations team, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support business needs, minimize bad debt and optimize working capital. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of public or public/private experience. Responsibilities Lead operational management by partnering with key Finance stake holders and external service providers. Serve as US point of contact for third party logistics processes to address inquiries and resolve issues Perform financial analyses to develop recommendations to management based on trends, forecasts, etc. Proactively monitor credit exposure. Prepare, analyze, and deliver dashboard reporting, analytics, and KPI’s. Identify invalid deductions/potential disputes and minimize potential bad debt. Ensure SOX controls are properly designed and operating effectively. Support the monthly/quarterly reporting process through account reconciliations, quarterly footnote support and analytical commentary. Ensure timely follow ups, perform system tie-outs, and deliver SOX compliance. Utilize finance analytics tools to provide customer insight and proactive credit risk awareness when assessing customer decisions. Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives. Qualifications BA or BS degree. 3+ years of hands-on Financial Accounting experience in big 4 or Corporate. Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus. Strong experience communicating with internal/external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process improvement mindset. Advanced excel skills.
