SUMMARY DESCRIPTION This position provides financial support and analytics to the VP of CSS Finance and will assist in the financial forecasting processes, performance analytics, and strategic financial support for the CSS Global P&L. This position will be the key lead for matrix discussions across various functions including US and Int’l commercial and global supply chain and corporate functions. Financial analysis and business partnering include but are not limited to: P&L reporting, long range strategic planning, and analytics as well as preparing materials for management reviews/divisional presentations. Special analyses to support strategic decision making may also be required. Other detailed analyses will be required on an ad hoc basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the financial reporting and analysis for the global CSS P&L. Collaborate with global FP&A and the business to improve financial planning and reporting processes and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with peers and partners to improve processes, forecast accuracy, and strategic decision‑making. Interpret financial data and translate it into meaningful and focused analytics to drive key actions and performance results in support of executive leadership decision‑making. Resolve complex operational issues by leveraging appropriate resources across the organization. Build strong relationships, partner closely, and ensure strong alignment with various finance teams including both US and international finance, supply chain finance and Accounting. Drive development of direct report(s) and lead & maintain a high‑performing team. Assist VP of CSS Finance in all budget, strategic planning, and forecast processes including internal timelines, instructions and templates, as well as consolidation and analysis. Utilize in‑depth professional knowledge to analyze & interpret financial data to be used in meaningful and focused reports which support and drive performance results & action. Incorporate practical knowledge and assist in the monthly/quarterly/annual analysis of revenue and overall P&L results for the global P&L including all actual, budget, forecast, and strategic plan processes. Assist VP and Director of CSS Finance in all financial review packages and presentations. Ensure strong alignment with all divisions, leading to improved communication as well as a strong understanding of the business and its strategies. Perform other duties as assigned. DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting required. MBA preferred. CPA a plus. 7-10 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting roles including Financial Planning and Analysis and/or Budgeting. Strong Excel skills and proven facility in financial modeling required. Detail oriented; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills in conjunction with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization are a must. Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, OneStream, BPC or TM1 is a plus. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hybrid role – ideal candidate will be based out of Princeton, NJ. The hybrid schedule requires in‑office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Salary Pay Range: $125,350.00 - $172,500.00 USD. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
