HR Generalist

Senior Healthcare HR Generalist (Confidential) Hybrid | Metro Atlanta We're conducting a confidential search on behalf of a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments. This is an opportunity to own the HR partnership for multiple healthcare locations while working alongside operational leaders to improve hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and overall workforce effectiveness. What You'll Own You’ll serve as the primary HR partner for approximately 3--4 healthcare locations , supporting roughly 150--200 employees while partnering directly with site leadership on day‑to‑day people initiatives. This role combines employee relations, recruiting, HR operations, and strategic business partnership in a highly visible position. Responsibilities include: Serve as the first point of contact for managers on employee relations matters, coaching, policy interpretation, and performance management. Partner with leadership to proactively address workforce challenges and improve employee engagement. Support full‑cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, career fairs, and pipeline development. Utilize HR metrics and reporting to identify trends related to turnover, hiring, and workforce planning. Partner with HR leadership to improve processes and create consistency across multiple locations. Support onboarding, compliance, HRIS reporting, and general HR operations. Travel periodically to supported facilities to build relationships with leaders and employees. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys operating with autonomy and confidence.
