Operations Coordinator
Contract to hire 
100% on site required

$24 per hour 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter, maintain, and update data in TAT and JDE systems.
- Generate reports and track operational performance metrics.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team communications.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and other operational documentation.
- Assist with inventory management, shipping, and logistics coordination.
- Respond to phone calls and emails, and help resolve customer and employee inquiries.
- Organize and maintain files to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Support managers with special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by supporting general housekeeping efforts.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Previous administrative, operations, or coordination experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with business systems such as JDE is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills - Experience with ERP systems such as JDE.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment.
- Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, or logistics processes.  Company Description
