You will have a depth of expertise in managing complex programs and be ready to make an impact on your client and Proxima.Our teams are based in London, Leeds, Cardiff, and Chicago, with new European offices in Düsseldorf, Germany, and a recent expansion into the APAC region with offices in Australia. Hybrid working is the norm, with the expectation that you will spend some time collaborating in person with your team and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of complex programs that are C-Suite visible due to their direct impact on business performanceLeadership and development of a team of specialists to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, client satisfaction, learning and team engagementContribution to our growth path through driving and/or supporting growth initiatives both in your client and in new client pursuitsAct as a senior leader in Proxima, supporting key internal initiatives, challenging the business to evolve and improve whilst acting as a coach and mentor to our teamEnhancing Proxima's brand and reputation in the marketplace through personal and Proxima marketing initiativesYour Experience and AttributesDemonstrable experience of managing teams, working hand in hand with clients/stakeholders on programs with senior level visibilityA deep understanding of procurement and/or supply chain, ideally across sectors and categories, which you can articulate wellExceptional consulting skills and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly with your stakeholders and their senior managementStrong intellectual capability and flexibility, coupled with excellent critical thinking skills and a natural curiosityAn ability to absorb complex information and turn it into insight, producing impactful recommendationsProven ability to build rapport and connect with people internally and externallyA track record of positively contributing towards business culture and an ability to motivate and develop the teams around youExcellent negotiation and influencing skills, with strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and a demand for quality at all timesDemonstrable ability to tell engaging stories verbally and through high-quality PowerPoint and Word, supported by impactful and insightful analytical skills
