The Firm oversees $224 billion in client assets as of June 30, 2026.PositionAn Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will work with our Rockefeller Global Family Office Team members and will interact directly with ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role involves understanding complex family dynamics and financial structures to deliver tailored strategies that protect wealth and assets across generations. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in building a long term career within the Rockefeller Global Family Office and who aspire to develop into a client facing Advisor over time.ResponsibilitiesAssisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetingsCommunicating with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basisTracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations teamOngoing coordination with clients' CPAs and attorneys regarding balance sheet managementWorking closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio mattersExecuting the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilitiesQualifications3-6 years of relevant advisory experience, working within a family office services group, in a client service is preferredBachelors degree, with a business/finance/accounting focus preferredCFP, CPA preferredSeries 7 and 66 licenses requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteSkillsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skillsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and productive attitudeDemonstrated initiative and ability to work independentlyStrong quantitative, qualitative, and technical skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and recognition of critical issuesCompensation RangeThe anticipated base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $130,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
