Key Responsibilities Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient’s journey from onboarding through refills Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges Monitor and promote medication adherence Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies Required Qualifications Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of employment 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications CPhT certification (highly valued) 5–8 years of pharmacy technician experience Core Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and extract key information efficiently Join Us If you’re looking for a meaningful career where you can support patients, collaborate with top healthcare professionals, and grow with an innovative organization , we’d love to meet you. This information is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Shields Health Solutions. An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $50,000 and $65,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
