Quality Technician

10% Shift Differential | 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM | Overtime Available

At TruCut, quality is more than inspection. It's built into every part we manufacture. We're looking for a hands-on Quality Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working with production teams, and helping ensure our customers receive products that meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do

• Perform product inspections and verify quality requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use measuring and inspection equipment.
• Investigate quality issues and help implement solutions.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support ISO quality initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Familiarity with inspection and measuring equipment.
• Experience with ISO 9001, MSA, or calibration systems.
• Microsoft Office experience; ERP or CAD experience is a plus.
