Inventory Associate

About the Role As an Inventory Associate, you’ll play an essential role in supporting overall operations by managing stock levels, performing inventory counts, consolidating storage areas, ensuring product is readily accessible for fulfillment and support warehouse operations as needed. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-moving team focused on getting orders out quickly, accurately, and up to our quality standards. We provide on-site training. Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (no late nights or weekends required) What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and organized, with a love for consistent, process-driven work. Responsibilities Replenish picking locations from overstock or backstock inventory Move pallets, boxes, and product throughout the warehouse as needed Help maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies Assist with cycle counts and other inventory control tasks Keep receiving, storage, and replenishment areas clean and organized Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines Support other warehouse tasks as needed Consolidate pallets and organize backstock to maximize warehouse space What You’ll Bring Required: Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts Ability to lift up to 75 lbs High attention to detail and accuracy Comfort with repetitive tasks and following directions Teamwork mentality, with ability to work independently when needed Basic computer/technology familiarity Skills & Traits We Value Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependability and responsibility Organized in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills Pride in accuracy and quality Takes direction well to ensure the flow of the team Why Join Us?
