Outpatient Physical Therapist - 13 Weeks ContractThe Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating all assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on each patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. This role also involves delegating and directing therapy services to ensure effective functional programs that facilitate patient return to community activities. The therapist serves as an educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues while maintaining organizational standards and compliance.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and create individualized treatment plans.Document all therapy sessions accurately and in compliance with legal and organizational standards.Provide care under valid physician orders and in adherence to insurance approvals.Participate in student programs, offering supervision and fostering a positive learning environment.Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain licensure in good standing.Adhere to performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.ScheduleThis position operates on a 5-day work schedule with 8-hour shifts.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School1+ years of outpatient clinical experienceCurrent CPR CertificationActive and applicable state licensureWhy ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
