Work Environment

This Full-Time position is onsite and focused on home care settings. You will work directly with patients in the comfort of their own homes, allowing you to tailor the rehabilitation experience to their specific environment and needs. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orthopedic physical therapy services, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation in home care settings for patients of all age groups.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's needs, designing individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and maximize patient functionality.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest innovative therapeutic techniques, ensuring the highest standards of care, while constantly seeking to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure/certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
