Work Environment

This position is based on-site within a home care setting, allowing you to work directly in the patients' residences. This unique environment provides you with the flexibility to conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and monitor patients' progress in the comfort of their homes. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the specific needs and therapeutic goals of each patient, ensuring a customized approach to care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance the quality of life and movement of patients suffering from orthopedic conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans in response to evolving needs, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.
• Provide ongoing motivation and encouragement to patients, fostering an environment of growth and positive reinforcement.
• Manage multi-faceted healthcare needs by collaborating with other professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle post-discharge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient demographic consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility and functionality. As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will work closely with patients of varying ages, assessing their unique challenges and providing the tailored support they require to reclaim their strength and independence.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist without any disciplinary actions.
• A minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the design and implementation of therapeutic exercise programs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in home health care or community rehabilitation settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 , commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
