Work Environment

This position is onsite in the Cherry Hill area, allowing our therapist to work directly within patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans based on comprehensive assessments of each patient's orthopedic condition, ensuring that treatments align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed to maximize recovery and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create a holistic approach to patient care and recovery.
• Educate patients on effective rehabilitation exercises and self-care techniques, while providing valuable insights on injury prevention to foster long-term health.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques to enhance recovery processes and improve musculoskeletal function.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, joint replacements, and diverse orthopedic conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Resilience Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgery, athletes, and individuals with chronic pain or mobility restrictions. Our compassionate approach focuses on each patient's unique journey toward rehabilitation and strength.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, demonstrating adherence to all practice requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic treatments and outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders, therapeutic interventions, and rehabilitation practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective client engagement and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care settings, particularly in the orthopedic specialty.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
