Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations related to orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, incorporating advanced therapeutic techniques and innovative intervention strategies.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education to facilitate recovery and enhance functional abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving care goals and improve outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about orthopedic injuries, rehabilitation processes, and self-care techniques to foster independence in managing their health.
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and ensure alignment on treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and seniors dealing with a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, joint replacements, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills necessary for effective patient care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, depending on experience, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
