Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist for Rehabilitation Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Evolution Physical Therapy, Inc. Work Environment

The role is onsite within our well-appointed rehabilitation center, providing an environment that fosters collaboration and professional development. You will be part of a close-knit team, consisting of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), working collaboratively to elevate patient care and treatment outcomes. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance and allowing flexibility to meet personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' conditions, addressing their specific goals and care requirements effectively.
• Manage a manageable caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, allowing for in-depth therapy sessions tailored to each individual's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques.
• Provide cost-effective rehabilitation strategies that enhance patients' range of motion and mobility while reducing dependencies on medications and the need for surgical interventions.
• Incorporate manual therapy techniques and specialized exercise protocols to facilitate recovery and improve function.
• Craft individualized fitness and wellness programs based on each patient's specific needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their rehabilitation.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment plan, enhancing their engagement in the recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.
• Document patient care services and treatment outcomes diligently, maintaining accurate records within our electronic medical record system, specifically utilizing WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice predominantly caters to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and other related conditions. Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Hold an active and valid state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Maintain a clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate strong manual therapy skills and a solid proficiency in exercise protocol development.
• Be experienced in using EMR Software, particularly WebPT, for patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.
• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with evidence-based rehabilitation practices that have proven successful with orthopedic populations.

Compensation and Benefits
