Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of various modalities based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and well-being.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff—to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards by maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to remain current in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
