Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment and care plans based on comprehensive evaluations of each patient's needs and goals.
• Utilizing advanced techniques in orthopedic assessment and treatment, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress within our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Exercising independent judgment to adjust treatment protocols and implement new strategies based on patient responses and clinical considerations.
• Regularly evaluating and reporting on each patient's progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Adhering to all federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice, thereby safeguarding patient safety and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries, encompassing a wide age range from adolescents to seniors. Our patients often present with conditions such as fractures, joint replacements, and sports-related injuries. Your role will involve tailoring interventions according to the specific needs of each patient, facilitating their recovery and helping them regain mobility and strength.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

• A valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's Degree or Doctorate is preferable.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic settings, geriatrics, acute care, or outpatient rehabilitation.
• Strong foundation in orthopedic assessment techniques, treatment modalities, and patient engagement practices.
• Excellent communication skills, combined with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

While the basic qualifications are essential, candidates with further experience in specialized orthopedic interventions, such as post-operative rehabilitation or sports medicine, are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $110,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
