Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to determine patients' physical abilities, limitations, and goals.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education to facilitate recovery and improve functional abilities.
• Monitoring patient progress throughout treatment and modifying rehabilitation programs as necessary to enhance results effectively.
• Engaging patients in educational discussions about their conditions, the rehabilitation process, and promoting adherence to therapy.
• Utilizing advanced rehabilitation technology and rehabilitation software to track patient outcomes and optimize therapy plans.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and comprehensive care delivery while maintaining meticulous documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
