Work Environment

This full-time position requires a presence in our outpatient office, where you will interact with a diverse patient population facing various orthopedic challenges. Our work schedule encourages a healthy work-life balance, with regular hours Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In our modern, supportive facility, you will have the tools and resources necessary to provide effective therapy, including access to advanced therapeutic equipment and electronic medical record (EMR) systems like WebPT.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, identifying and addressing their specific needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that are centered around patients' objectives and progress.
• Deliver hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, to improve physical function and minimize pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress on a consistent basis to ensure effective treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and home exercise programs tailored to each patient's lifestyle.
• Maintain a caseload of one patient per hour, allowing for focused, individualized attention during each session.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Facilitate an encouraging environment, motivating patients through their rehabilitation process to enhance engagement and positivity.
• Utilize cost-effective therapies aimed at minimizing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical alternatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a varied patient demographic, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, and elderly patients seeking to maintain mobility and manage chronic conditions. Your expertise will help patients regain their strength, flexibility, and functionality, allowing them to resume their daily activities and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A clean record with no history of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience with EMR Software, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, individualized treatment while adhering to best practices.
• Familiarity with patient-centered approaches that prioritize communication and care.

Compensation and Benefits

Raze Orthopedics offers a competitive salary range of approximately USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation plan, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
