Core Balance Physical Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our expert team. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in helping patients regain mobility and enhance their quality of life. Work Environment

This role is designed for an onsite physical therapist who will work in a collaborative outpatient office setting alongside two other physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work schedule while offering the opportunity for direct patient interaction and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient goals and needs effectively, creating tailored treatment plans that cater to individual capabilities.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized therapy sessions.
• Utilize your orthopedic outpatient care experience to deliver cost-effective treatments that enhance motion and mobility.
• Prioritize non-surgical alternatives to pain relief, reducing reliance on medications whenever possible.
• Implement a variety of treatment techniques, customizing fitness and wellness programs to meet specific patient requirements.
• Document and track the effectiveness of treatment, continuously evaluating and adjusting care based on patient progress.
• Motivate and encourage patients through their therapy journey, empowering them to achieve their functional goals.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain thorough records of services provided, ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations.

Our primary patient base consists of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation services, including those recovering from surgical procedures, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist license from the State of New Jersey, with no prior disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and the development of effective exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, and ability to use it proficiently for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred to ensure a smooth integration into our team.
• A strong background in creating individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, with an emphasis on functional recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
