Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Proactive Sculpt Orthopedic Clinic. This full-time role is critical in helping our patients regain mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. You will be actively involved in assessing and creating tailored treatment plans for patients, guiding them through their recovery journey. You will work closely with a diverse population of patients, particularly in an outpatient setting, ensuring effective rehabilitation in a supportive environment.

Work Environment

The treatment setting is onsite at our outpatient office, designed to provide a welcoming and efficient space for therapy. With working hours from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, you will have a structured schedule that allows for the careful monitoring and assessment of patient progress throughout the week. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, particularly children, to assess their individual needs and conditions.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals for each patient, tailored to their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting patients' clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, adjusting plans and goals as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Completing comprehensive documentation using our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes, progress reports, and care plans, ensuring all records are maintained accurately and timely.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families to foster understanding of the recovery process, setting realistic expectations for rehabilitation challenges.
• Meeting established utilization goals to contribute to the clinic's operational success while ensuring quality patient care.
• Collaborating with peers across various disciplines within the organization for integrated treatment approaches for patients requiring multiple services.
• Embodying the clinic's culture and core values, acting as an ambassador for Proactive Sculpt and fostering a positive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse range of clients with various orthopedic needs, including athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals with chronic conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care with the ability to perform evaluations and treatments in-person, and where appropriate, via telehealth methods.
• A genuine desire to work with a wide array of patients, respecting their diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment.
• Strong teamwork capabilities, exhibiting a customer service-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience in an orthopedic setting or familiarity with specialized modalities such as manual therapy or therapeutic exercise will be considered a plus. Additional certifications related to rehabilitation techniques or pediatric therapy can enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
