You will be working in our state-of-the-art outpatient office located in the heart of Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to diagnose impairments accurately.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation treatment plans focusing on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and pain management.
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and effective strategies for improved function post-rehabilitation.
• Engage in clinical teaching by mentoring physical therapy interns and residents, contributing to their professional development.
• Organize and present in-service training sessions at least annually to enhance the skills of our staff.
• Contribute insights on the educational needs of therapists and participate in providing resources to elevate care quality.
• Collaborate with the clinic manager on research projects within your area of expertise, aiming to enhance clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily focusing on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient, facilitating not only their physical recovery but also empowering them through education and support.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license is essential.
• Minimum two years of professional experience working in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for patient interaction and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy is highly preferred, showcasing a commitment to advanced knowledge in the field.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to our practice.
