Work Environment

The physical therapist will work in our outpatient facility located in Mount Laurel, NJ—a flourishing area with various community resources and engagement opportunities. The daily schedule for this role runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to design personalized treatment programs aimed at improving functionality and mobility.

• Minimize the reliance on pharmaceutical interventions by providing non-invasive rehabilitation options, educating patients on alternative paths to surgery.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving needs.

Qualifications
