Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Create detailed, individualized treatment plans that are tailored to address specific patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
