Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations of patients to accurately assess their functional capabilities related to mobility, strength, and pain levels.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques aimed at improving physical functionality and alleviating pain.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their conditions or responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, including proper exercise techniques and strategies for pain management.
• Ensure all patient documentation complies with regulatory standards and reflects the progress and outcomes of treatment interventions.
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will entail working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and individuals managing chronic illnesses. Each patient's rehabilitation plan will be tailored specifically to them, considering their age, background, and overall health status. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

Spring Bay Physiotherapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
